Q01Do I really pay on the site without a quote inquiry?
Yes. The 4 tiers are fixed price, fixed scope. Out-of-scope work (payment, membership, full e-commerce) is quoted separately, but 90% of cases fit within Lite/Standard/Pro.
Q02Is the Care subscription required?
No. One-off is fine. But if you update content often, Care Plus (390K KRW/mo, unlimited edit queue) is more economical.
Q03Can it really be done in 7/14 days?
Lite 5d, Standard 10d, Pro 14d is standard. 100% refund if not done by D+14. Note: the clock pauses if content delivery is delayed.
Q04Is there a limit on revisions?
2 free rounds. 50K KRW per round from the 3rd. Typically one is used at design and one at content stage.
Q05What's the tech stack?
Next.js 15 App Router + Tailwind + TypeScript + Vercel. Forms on Supabase + Resend. Hosting on Vercel (1 year included). All our case studies use the same stack.
Q06What about the domain?
If you own a domain, we connect it to Vercel. If not, we suggest .com / .co.kr and assist with registration (domain fee separate).
Q07What if I don't like the design?
If you reject the round 1 design, 50% refund minus work cost. We align direction before round 1 with 1 mood word + 5 reference URLs.
Q08What if I find typos/images after launch?
7 days of free polish after launch — unlimited typo/image fixes. After 7 days we recommend a Care subscription.
